I don't have a better photo as it never occurred to me that I would later on need to show off what can be done to repair it.  Depending on your skill level and patience this bumper can be brought back to a near factory condition.

    Tools needed include a Gas torch to heat metal, Mig or Stick welder, hydraulic ram, hand grinder along with various hand tools.
